I say this calls for disqualification from all weeks he was entered in.

this has been talked about a bit in the chat room as well when it was revealed he was on defcon i think it was. wether or not they were recorded for NHB idol isnt the issue here though. if they wernt recorded for NHB idol but theyre still his work they do count. Jerry's entries wernt recorded specificly for idol either the issue is wether its burle submitting them or wether someone is downloading them and sending them in.

OK, please can we clear this up once and for all. Has nobody done their SENSIBLE back ground research/talking to people/etc etc? Burl Sqrl/Burrell Squirrel/Burle Squrl or whatever you want to call him is a GENUINE NHB Idol submitor. He is an artist in his own right and wrote, with his producer and maybe friends of whatever, the original content that has been submitted for the show. Why does everyone assume that the songs had to have been written specifically for the show. Some of this was written/recorded a while back and has been used as his submission as it is representative of his talent. There was no prerequisit for submissions to have been submitted sepcifically for the show, any/all content, providing it was performed by the entrant, was applicable. This brings me onto my next point - the argument over whether Burl/Burrell/Burle actually submitted it himself. The answer to this question is yes. Granted, he has submitted it VIA a friend as Burl's technological belongings lack somewhat, but he has chosen to submit his material himself. I KNOW this to be the case as I am friends with the recorder/producer of the music and his friend; pseudonym Burl Squirrel, is the original artist who wrote, performed and submitted the music. Please let's stop arguing over this now... MJUK

In one of the shows didnt this supposed friend of "Burle" say that he had to wait for him to RECORD another song?

I just call him B Squirrel. or is it B Squirrele? Maybe MJUK is B Squirrel. He knows an awful lot about him... anyone? My name is LEO...
