| Actually, that was put in place to put US in check, not you. I was actually about to ban him outright, then I remembered that we have rules to follow and I backed off. It's called checking of power; don't tell me you would sit and let someone advertise your competitors on your forum freely. It's No Holds Barred, not Complete Anarchy. The detractors need to quit acting like we're a bunch of fakes the minute we try to get some order in this station. |

Really! So, I guess we should just have people run rampant through our
forums and chat rooms, right? Pussified, this coming from a fan of a station
that doesn't even stand on its own shows for an automation. If you want to talk
about gaping vaginas, put your money where your mouth is and show me something
more than childish name calling and hacking

Why is it not nice? He violated our Terms of Service! He posted 2 different posts that were not on topic and his 1st post got him a warning. The 2nd one per our TOS got him banned.
I do not want to ban people! We are NO HOLDS BARRED RADIO! BUT there need to be rules to keep order to a degree!
Just like for our staff there are rules like NO information from our staff e-mails or meetings is to be broadcast or released to the public. If it was for PUBLIC knowledge it would not be said in private! Doing such can and will lead to a staff memeber being fired or their show taken off the air.
So I guess you can say I do not ban or fire ANYONE they do it to themselves for not following the rules..... I just enforce them.
AND THAT GOES FOR EVERYONE Manicmobius!

No explanation is going to be good enough for these people. If you hate the station so much, why go out of your way to get yourself banned? Why not just leave? Or do you want to make yourself important to the others who feel wronged by the staff? I bet that's it. You want to add to the evidence of how horrible it is here.
Well, it really isn't. Both stations have their high points and low points. Just go and stick to your choice of station. This whole thing is stupid now. |

would defeat the detractors goal. They really think they are showing me by
constantly insulting me and this station. The facts are, they are jealous of me
for what I have achieved and can't stand the fact that they can't be as
successful, so they tear me down. And this is recorded fact. Or, they have
been ripped by me and couldn't take it, so they went over to the other
side. Whatever. They are just here to show us how retardation is
breaded.

| First of all, Paul if you knew how to moderate a forum properly (which you don't) you would know that you delete or move posts that are out of place, not outright ban people. Second the utter bitterness among you guys is just ridicules. Just face it you're sore about reckless and you know that Gjerko is on their side so you ban him to make yourself feel better, but then again I might be wrong. TOS crap like that’s on the front of NHB website is pure 100% bullshit. Banning is not the answer, its just a was to censor and have a false sense of security. I'll be honest and say that I'm on Defcon's side, however I’ve not made any harassing phone calls or IMs, and yet somehow I am banned from the AIM. So whatever keep it up, because you're just showing people that they can't express their opinions with out being banned or having their post removed. |

| Oh, I guess we must have missed the memo when they established an international standard for forum moderation. The only proper was to moderate a forum is to follow the rules we've set in place, and that's exactly what we're doing. This is like the people who smoke weed, knowing they'll get put in jail, then they get arrested and complain because they don't think smoking weed should be illegal. Here's the fact, we have rules, and we have consequences. If people don't follow the rules, that's not our fault. |

hates for me, a guy he doesn't even know. Either way, all of those guys need
therapy and some paxel. Not that any of the damon haters at defcon can formulate
a civil discussion, their best attempt, millions livio, hates everything, so his
opinion is irrelevant, and the rest of them can't put sentences together
coherently. So, Hey, manic, since I checked out the damon bashing over at the

Well,
near as I can figure...
1. I fired Sloan.
Even though he is back, some people have not forgiven me for this and Defcon did
try to take sloan a while ago.
2. Dave and apeman
incident...there are people who feel that they made the show, even though they
are not the original hosts. When they left, those listeners went over to defcon
and hate me for reasons related to that.
3. Reckless
Radio...They did have fans and everybody mistook my ranting about their show as
genuine censorship and hatred, when in reality, I was just busting their
balls.
There may be other
reasons, like jealousy, inferiority complexes, psychosis and god only knows
what. I would love to know, especially since I have not done a damn thing to
these people, but hey, we all have our irrational sides, don't we? I mean, to
devote this much energy, not to the network bashing, but to bashing me, down to
a disability joke level? That is just really
insane.
