Do you enjoy Damon's rants, their parodies, their insulting wit and crazy topics of conversation?

[edit] Ok nhb removed a show that I feel was one of the only two shows worth listening to. The other show is take it or leave it. The abuse between NHB and RR was out of control but was pravoked apon both sides. When someone gets a responce it proceeds. I still think you as a network needs lots of improvement. You have been a network for 7 years. I haven't really seen you in the top 3. When Pedge went off to SC and Mark left SC and started DC they pick up more listening in there short time. I think that this is do to your management, the way listeners are treated, and your show content. My advice to fix the problem is dump the show thats holding the network back NHB. Your rants aren't quality content. Women make for a great show. TIOLT good ratings.....Funny and girls. RR good ratings....funny and girls. If you can't take it. Remember you might not like it but its all constructive criticisms. |

Reckless Radio is no longer with us and have switched over to Defcon.
Although we did not part on the best of terms I do not want any retaliation to their show, forums, phone lines, messangers, etc.
Let them do thier show uninterupted and they will do the same for us.
If they don't I will then advise you.

Let's start with some factual statements, shall we?
Secondly, you rarely see us in the top 3? We've always been in the top areas of shoutcast, I remember when we were number 1 before khaha and defcon with its standup autoamtion came in. You can't compare standup to nhb related content, so apples to oranges. Secondly, when Pedge left the network, he did not get more listeners than us. The only reason defcon has its listener base is due to its standup automation and that is a fact.And this is not a commentary on their live shows, of which I must admit, I do not have the time to listen to. They may very well be good shows, I don't know.
As for what constitutes good radio, this, sir, is an opinion. However, we have had girls on our shows, we just don't whore them out for their bodies, we actually give a shit about what they have to say. I have not caught a full episode of take it or leave it, so I can't comment. I have said enough about reckless radio, though. The bottom line, if you don't like NHB, don't listen and don't post commentary here. Your commentary, as with other detractors, is noted. You think my ranting is not funny. Do you even listen to my show? I doubt it, because if you did, you would know that is not all I do. And by the way, how is NHB going to fire the NHB show? Can you tell me how that would work? Do you honestly think that that can happen? Please, enlighten me on how the network would do better without nHB. I never admitted to being the perfect station manager. I inherited this job due to my knowledge of how to run a show and my production ability. Remember, I brought Sloan, Take it or leave it, reckless and the other shows on the network. I host the show that consistently pulls 170 listeners or greater. You know who I am and hate me enough to come over here and post in our forums. So, I have done my job and I do it well. You don't have to like me, but you are here, posting in our forums and ragging me. Thank you. I have succeeded in my task. And teh fact that defcon is going to raid us this week, mark my words, and that rr talks shit for over 2 hours about me and will continue to do so on future shows, is proof of this as well. I must be doing something right. If you didn't like me, and I didn't matter, you wouldn't be here posting commentary. So, thanks for the recognition and the tribute, but I am not going away. You will just have to live with that. Thank God for freedom of choice, right? |
