Subject: lost all sound

today, when i tried to change the output from the wave to direct on winamp, i think i have lost all my sound. dont know if that is the true reason to why i have lost all sound, but is there anyways i can fix my sound. i cant hear anything at all. if anyone knows how to fix this please say, thanks for the help in advance.

Try updating the sound card drivers.

If updating doesnt work, try a rollback.
