How come everyone is saying the Reckless guys are gay? I am tired of all the shit talk. Everyone quit it already.
Someone sent me an email saying that had pics of the Reckless guys making out and they would send them to me if I paypal'd them 300 dollars. I refuse to do that!
If they are gay, then let them be gay. You all just need to leave them alone. |

| Some rather bored people, I would imagine. This is why I like sticking to the facts. Who cares if they are gay? I mean, Rye is gay and we like him. Oi is half gay and we like him. So, if the cast of Reckless is gay, who cares? We still don't like them, but that's for other reasons. |

Reckless radio is 10 times more entertaining than your No Holds Bar show. Oh and jim and al probably didn't reply to your sad attempt at a diss song, because it was just that. Also they don't need to attack the handicapped. Its just not fair to you. I don't know how hard it is to count with your fingers in the dark but maybe you should just count the listeners. Cause in the end thats jim and al's response, higher numbers. |

By the way, I want to issue a public apology to the listeners of NHB. For
years, I have called you all stupid and the dumbest listeners we can ever
have. I was wrong. That title goes to the defcon crew. I've never seen so
many people dodge an issue in my life. So, to all you loyal fans, I am sorry
and I will never call you stupid again. Just brain damaged. maybe slow. But
never stupid. That title is locked down good. Congrats, guys.

Well, I know I'm not much welcome in these parts, but I've been watching what's going on here between DefCon and NHB and I must say - It's fuckin stupid. Unless there is a point to the station wars that seem to be brewing agan, you're wasting your time, your efforts, and your energy. This is like trying to compare apples and oranges - and it's a big pissing contest that no one can win. You guys are #1 Original, DefCon is (arguably) #1 in Comedy.
If you want some friendly advice - focus on what you do best...and that's not ripping other people. Entertain. Get back to basics and just be funny. Put this behind you, and don't even bother fueling it on by commenting on it. Again - This is to both sides. You can't control the fans, but the staff can lead by example.

Mike. To a point, you are right. And it is not like NHb has stopped the
presses to bash defcon. Our shows still go on and we do what we do, and to
my knowledge, aside from a few well placed jabs, we have not focused on the
other side nearly as much as they have, especially Reckless Radio. So, this
will blow over as it always does and we just keep going along as usual.
Sometimes you need a little fire around here to keep it interesting. I
certainly am not putting that much into it, I just love to talk shit and
since it is obvious it has pissed off the other side, I just continue to
drop gasoline onto the fire, because, well, it's slow at work lately, and I
need something to do that doesn't involve a lot of effort between calls.

It's all about time; I have spent more time working on this station since this came up than I have for the last four months, just because it's on my mind now, and I have the free time to do it. Like they say, someitmes bad publicity is still publicity. Why do companies get on the TV and put ads out to compete with other products that they own? It's all about getting the name out there. Sometimes people just need something to do. I'll agree that it's burning out and pretty much anything meaningful has been said by now, but it has certainly bumped up the pulse in some of our listeners. I'm glad to know they're still alive. |

As usual, Apeman has shared some wise words with us. I want to make it
