For months, everybody has been begging me to bring back NHB Idle. I did so, a month early, and thought you all would get into the spirit of the season. The first week was good enough with 6 entries, one of which had nothing to do with Christmas, though. The second week, we had 5? The final week, we have maybe 3. What gives? This is for the Christmas show with Psycho steve, who really is looking forward to being a judge on Idle. This is a one shot deal and you only have 2 days left to get a submission in. There are tons of christmas songs out there, and you don’t have to find a karaoke track, just sing over the original. You don’t have to write alternate lyrics, just sing the original ones. But, I want to see more entries to this thing. So far, Leo, Jomigi and Emily are the only three who sent me anything. The rest of you disappoint me and I am feeling sad that our listeners don’t care about Psycho steve enough to submit an entry for the last week of NHB christmas idle. So, if you haven’t done it yet, send one in to damon@nhbradio.com. Hell, if you have, send one in anyway. Or I may have to do live submissions or even worse, play the old ones. You have until 7:30 Sunday, since the christmas show airs right after Dune and Bob this Sunday night at 8:00 PM Eastern.
