It's a HUGELY old topic from a VERY long time ago, but I finally took your adivce Sloan and purchased a copy of The Warriors, Ultimate Director's Cut. It ABSOLUTELY RULED! It was an amazing film, and I can see why you ranted and raved about it so much Waaaaaaay back a time ago on one of your shows... Keep up the good work Sloan... MJUK

Well, I will admit, the game was fun. Although, the graphics sucked ass. I seen better melee attempts done in SMB. I can say this though, there are only a few movie-to-game vg's that are on my top 10 favorite VG's to play and the Warriors IS on my top 10. So if that says anything. Ok bye.

My Review of 3 negative and positive points of the game: Good: 1. The graphics, and even the intro movie was a surprise. For the intro movie, I thought at first I was watching a badly encoded DIVX version of the film's major first scene. Not bad at all for textures and models. 2. The learning curve on the game is not a horrible experience. I was in and playing in minutes even after the tutorial with no major issues. 3. Getting to run through as the different characters from the film is damn sweet. I was praying I was not Rembrandt the whole game. (He's named after the folks who made that toothpaste right?) Plus the mugging and car robberies involve using your controller in random ways to get the goods. Nice angle coming from Rockstar, I expect GTA4 to have some of these features. Bad: 1. This MK-Like Combo bullshit. Anyone remember games like Streets Of Rage? When you really got to take out aggression and didn't have to think which little series of buttons to tap. 2. Lack of Original Cast James Remar: AJAX (Raiden in Mortal Kombat: Annihilation) and Thomas G. Waites: FOX (Henry Stanton on HBO's "OZ") These two fellas were the only two, and it must have been hard to work 20 years to go back and relive what started their career. The rest of the cast can suck a dick, these guys are troopers. 3.I want a follow point of view. No more of this "adjust your camera if you fucked it up standing next to a dumpster" shit! That's my 3 cents.

Did you guy hear my game review of this on H&H radio? if not, unfortunetly the podcast probibly isnt there anymore since i did it months ago. still I gave it a good rating. The split screen cameras that merged in co-op mode was a nice touch. My name is LEO...
