Rules of Conduct for Interaction Mediums (Mediums are that which include: chat room, phone, messengers, and any other venue that allow listeners to interact with other listeners, NHB Hosts/Staff/MGT, etc)

Terms of Service:

Do not harass, abuse, or threaten other members.
Do not post content that is not NHB related.
Try to stay on topic. If you want to discuss a topic that is not being talked about be respectful to those in the room and wait your turn.
Refrain from using these community services for commercial or advertising purposes.  No spamming of unrelated topics is permitted.
Don't post copyrighted content without permission from the owner.
NHB and its members do not edit the content on our Website!

Postings that violate the Terms of Service may subject to the following:
 
First offense:
            Verbal warning

Second offense:
            Kicked/Booted: in chat room
            Phone/Messenger, etc: 2nd Verbal warning second
 
Third offense:
            Banned in chat room: 24 hours
            Phone/Messenger, etc: blocked/moderated for 24 hours

Fourth offense:
            Kicked/Booted: in chat room: 1 Week
            Phone/Messenger, etc: blocked/moderated for 1 week
 
Fifth offense:
            On any Medium: Permanent ban and deletion of account.

All bans are to be immediately reported to NHB MGT & Staff, along with information on what terms were violated and duration of the ban.
Everyone is subject to these rules and regulations.
The moderator of given medium, has over all rule while moderating and must report each and every ban that is set.
Management has the right to review all violations and lengthen, shorten, or dismiss bans.
All Management decisions are final.
